Ms. Cupp is currently the President of Microsoft Americas, a division of Microsoft Corporation, a global technology company. Ms. Cupp leads a significant business responsible for the sales strategy, execution, and revenue growth for the Microsoft Americas business which spans enterprise, public sector, small and medium businesses, services, and partner communities. Previously, Ms. Cupp was Corporate Vice President of Worldwide Enterprise and Commercial Industries where she was responsible for the development and execution of Microsoft’s strategy and go-to-market approach. Prior to joining Microsoft in late 2017, Ms. Cupp spent 6 years at SAP, serving most recently as the Senior Vice President and Managing Director of Success Factors for North America. In this position, she was responsible for leading the HR business by driving sales and go-to-market strategies, as well as overseeing operations for the field sales organization. Ms. Cupp also serves on the Board of Directors for Avanade, a private company and the leading provider of innovative digital and cloud services, business solutions, and design-led experiences on the Microsoft ecosystem.
