Frederic Dechnik is Chief Merchandising Officer — Luxury, Women’s Footwear & Accessories, Fragrances, Eyewear, Watches & Jewelry. He leads our Collection and Purple Label brands, the ultimate expression of Ralph Lauren luxury. He is responsible for the overall brand portfolio strategy for women’s footwear and accessories and is also the product lead for the Company’s partnerships with L’Oréal & Luxottica. Frederic joined the Company in 2015.
